Children's Ministries

At The Walk, we recognize the value of children and understand their need for love, acceptance and a fun learning environment. Every child is a blessing and a special gift from God. Our Children's Ministries classes are designed to encourage and teach children of all ages to grow in the Lord and realize just how much He loves them! A practical goal for our children’s ministry is to help them develop a love for God’s Word and to have a sound understanding of how to use the Bible. It is important that children learn the basics of the Bible in a fun and memorable way.

Nursery/Preschool

The Walk Church understands the needs of young children and creates a safe, comfortable environment for each child to play and grow. As a mobile church, we transform an ordinary high school classroom into a world of fun for little ones with interactive toys and games, energetic teachers and age-appropriate media.

Grades K-5

Children at the Walk have the opportunity to engage in relevant, fun and challenging curriculum with a team of diverse and qualified teachers. With each 13-week unit, Kids Connect are provided the opportunity to learn about Jesus and the Bible while interacting with others.

Our teachers go through thorough background checks and training to ensure that your children are safe and engaged. Each Sunday a team of teachers will instruct the children using a lesson from a 13-week themed unit. The concept of team teaching allows the teachers to maximize the ability to interact with your children and provides a small group style learning environment. The Children's Ministries team at the Walk creates a fun and nurturing environment that will encourage your child to think, learn and share.
